    Description

    The Coordinator Travel Services position books and supports corporate travel services and handles general administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer/guest services experience, preferably in the travel industry.

    Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Booking and supporting corporate and executive travel,
  • Handling general administration,
  • Verifying guest documents,
  • Tracking and providing support for flight diversions, delays, cancellations
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.
  • What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 2 years customer / guest services,
  • Experience in the aviation or travel industry preferred,
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, flexible, and detailed oriented,
  • Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office,
  • Well-presented professional with excellent communication skills,
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills,
  • Ability to pass an employment, reference, & criminal background check.
