Administrative Assistant
Our goal is to provide high quality service to meet or exceed client expectations and service standards. We are seeking an experienced financial administrative assistant to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
Responsibilities:
- provide dedicated overall support to the advisors & staff related to client meetings and communications
- prepare documentations for client/advisor meetings
- schedule client/advisor appointments
- ensure paperwork is completed correctly and submitted by branch cut-off times
- strive for satisfactory resolution of client enquiries
- conduct regular follow-ups of all outstanding business and escalate as necessary
- adhere to policies and procedures of the office
- other routine administrative functions
- follow the Code of Conduct
Qualifications and Competencies:
- experience in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry would be a definite asset
- basic understanding of investment portfolios
- ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- excellent organizational, communication and written skills are a necessity
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
- must be a Canadian resident

Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
