    Job Description

    This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing exceptional customer service and engaging with customers to meet and exceed shift targets.
    • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of wines and spirits to make informed recommendations.
    • Performing point-of-sale transactions, receiving shipments, and merchandising tasks.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
    • Retail experience, preferably in the wine and spirits industry.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 21 kilograms.
    • A Smart Serve Certification and a High School diploma or equivalent.
