Requirements:


  • Valid Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Proven experience in security supervisor role for at least 1 year
  • Minimum of 2 year Security experience, preferably in Distribution Center/Warehouse/gatehouse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Excellent computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Must be physically fit and able to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to handle multiple situations and use sound judgment to handle emergency situations
  • Must be knowledgeable on various systems including but not limited to CCTV various types, elevators, mechanical alarms, intercom systems, fire and life safety systems, control room system
  • Must be able to provide coaching, training, and update site Manager on new trainees progress
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations
  • Ability to write and compile reports on computer software in a timely manner
  • Valid driver's license G/G2

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring their compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the site, including access control, visitor management, and vehicle/Trailer monitoring.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security measures are in place and report any breaches or concerns to the management.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain effective communication and coordination of security activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on security industry trends and best practices, implementing necessary changes to enhance security protocols.

Pay - $19.50
