Must be able to work opening and closing shifts, 5 days a week, including weekend ( Saturday)

Have fantastic communication skills, dependability, and be a quick learner
Have a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) diploma or experience working in a medical/physiotherapy setting as a MOA
Have their own transportation.
Have an outgoing/rock star personality
The successful applicants must have a very flexible schedule and be available for shifts as required.
Must be available casually as well as able to work full time hours when required.

The following are considered strong assets:

Job duties include:

Answering phone, booking and confirming appointments
Assisting patients with clinic intake forms as well as WCB and MVA initial reports.
Assisting clients to the treatment area
Billing clients and/or extended health care plans, MVA, WCB etc.

Processing payments.

Corresponding with Motor Vehicle adjusters, Workers Compensation Board Case Managers and other insurance company representatives.
Clinic cleaning duties as required
Helping therapists as required.
