Anticipated Start Date: June 2023
Project: Capstone Wind Project
Location: Jenner, Alberta
Schedule: 21 days on, 7 days off, 10 hour per day
Wage: $17$38 per hour as per collective agreement
Benefits and RRSP Provided as per collective agreement
Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including at heights
Have good working knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools to work safely and efficiently following directions from Supervisor
Install wind turbine components
Follow turbine installation procedures
Preparation of the components on the ground
Proceed to a visual inspection for damage and ensure safe lifting operations prior to lifting
Rig the components with turbine specific rigging devices
Clear communication with crane operators
Use Taglines to maintain control of the loads
Bolt and torque the components sections using hydraulics or pneumatics as per the installation instructions.
Operate mobile equipment such as skid steer, manlifts and telehandlers
Clean and maintain site

Experience Requirements:

CSTS09 or CSTS 20
WHMIS 2015
Fall Protection
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions, able to interpret drawings, bill of materials and various other specificationCalgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, Lethbridge, AB, Red Deer, AB
