Seeking a Part Time Dental Receptionist (May 11 to November 30th)

We are seeking a friendly, multi-tasker, and caring Dental Receptionist with exceptional patient service skills to join our team from May 11th to November 30th.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures and diagnosis
Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
Working knowledge of dental insurance

Responsibilities:

Greet patients
Schedule patient appointments
Register new patients according to established office protocols
Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol
Fill in cancellations and noshows
Answer and manage calls
Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Liaise with dental insurance companies
Collect payments from patients at time of treatment
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
Maintain a professional reception area

Salary & Benefits:

Wage based on education and experience

Position Days & Times (from May 11th to November 30th, 2023):

Monday:
off (some Mondays possible)

Tuesday: 8:30am to 5pm

Wednesday: 8:30am to 5pm

Thursday: 8:30am to 5pm

Friday:
off

Saturday:
off

Sunday:
off
