Requirements:

Tasks

Process requests from our members in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Take responsibility for solving problems and monitoring
Document customer issues and solutions implemented

Terms & Conditions

Convenience of an office located at the University of Saskatchewan
Part time requirements from Monday to Friday up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with membership inquiries
Maintain accurate member records and update information as needed
Assist with scheduling appointments for members and guests
Promote and sell additional services or products to enhance the member experience
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
