Care At Home Services, a leader in quality home care, is expanding our amazing team and seeking passionate and hardworking Health Care Aides (casual) to support our community home care clients and facility residents in tPort moody area


Job Duties

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as: bathing, eating, dressing, etc.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene such as showers and brushing teeth
  • Tell stories to clients to keep them entertained while they are sick or injured
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and linen storage
  • Cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors may be required
  • Feeding patients when they are able to eat or feed themselves
  • Make sure all equipment is cleaned and maintained for client use (e.g. bathroom cleaning)
  • Make sure all food is served when feeding patients (e.g. sandwich board)
  • Comply with health and safety regulations

Salary:
$20.00 per hour


Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class 5 Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Port Moody, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Port Moody, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)
