    COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ADMINSTRATOR

    Our Client is an esteemed organization in the real estate industry. They are seeking an experienced Property Administrator for their dynamic GTA Commercial portfolio.

    The Job

    As a Commercial Property Administrator, you will be the backbone of our administrative activities and manage up to 50 properties. Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Manage cash receipts, including cheques and electronic fund transfers
    • Oversee Accounts Receivable, tenant charge-back processing, and collections
    • Support the preparation and distribution of annual and monthly billings
    • Handle Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accurate cost coding and timely vendor invoicing
    • Liaise professionally with tenants, vendors, and accounting groups
    • Maintain an organized tenant filing system
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including environmental, conduct, and privacy policies
    • Collaborate on tenant services, addressing complaints and maintaining positive relationships

    What you bring to the job

    The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who is familiar with rent collecting, general ledgers, and Microsoft Office. You also come with the following qualifications:

    • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
    • 3-5 years of administrative experience, experience in a property administration is preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Yardi; experience with Building Engines is a plus
    • Experience working with pivot tables is a must
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
