Our in-house design departments include Residential + Mixed-Use, Commercial + Industrial, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design.

In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.


What are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing + Communications team.

This is a great opportunity to take a key role and contribute to existing programs while assisting in the development of new initiatives aligned with our studio and client goals.


What you will do:


  • Build an understanding of our distinct brand of voice and contribute to the planning, execution, and workflow strategies to meet and surpass our marketing goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team by assisting with the building of marketing project timelines, processes and maintaining schedules with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the studio's sponsorships, award submissions, speaking opportunities and photography + video projects.
  • Assist the planning of any client events by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating logistics.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of campaign progress and performance by preparing marketing activity reports metrics.
  • Support the delivery of marketing, digital, social media and public relations initiatives as required.
  • Research market trends, customer behavior, competitor landscape to uncover new marketing opportunities.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest marketing and communication trends and tools and implement tactics to inform future strategies.

What you will bring:


  • Degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related
  • 2 years of experience as a Marketing coordinator
  • Experience with Microsoft office 365
This is a hybrid role with 4 days in studio.
