Description
Muti Kitchen and Bath is looking for project coordinator for our low rise and high rise departments.Responsibilities;
- Scheduling and attending site visits to complete measures and inspections
- Communicating E.T.A's of projects to clients and trades
- Relaying delivery and installation requests to the installation department
- Relaying site conditions and changes to design team
- Completing Service and Deficiency lists
- Ordering service parts and products from shop and vendors
- Scheduling follow up service visits with clients and trades
- Making and keeping track of service and deficiency lists
- Preparing daily/weekly schedule for technicians
- Working closely with technicians, production shop, installers, trades, and clients
- Reliable and very well organized
- Able to keep track of multiple projects and multitask
- Working well under time constraints
- Good communication skills and have strong problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Knowledgeable with construction documentation
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Project management: 2 years (preferred)
