    Description

    We are currently seeking

    a determined and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. This newly created role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire for a career in real estate and real estate technology.

    We will rely on your expertise and excellent organizational skills to provide overall administrative support to the team and for managing leads and our client base. This may include financial forecasting, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives and events as well as handling social media platforms and our CRM. In this unique position, you will gain exposure to senior team leaders and collaborate with owners, C-suite executives, and decision-makers in the corporate real estate landscape.

    This role requires a self-starter with a high energy level and a team player attitude.It is predominately remote based with occasional requirement to meet in the Toronto office.

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Support senior team leaders in establishing new business relationships by reaching out to leads through calls, emails, and other means.
  • Assist senior team leaders in preparing new business proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Provide clients with industry and market-specific information relevant to their business, maintaining contact information within Hubspot CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on financial forecasting and maintaining work-in-progress records.
  • Create competitive knowledge graphs and benchmarking tools for retail clients.
  • Conduct research on new technology companies and prospective venture capital and private equity partnerships.
  • WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Understanding of real estate fundamentals and prior experience is considered an asset.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate it into strategic deliverables.
  • Excellent presentation and business writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities and effective time management.
