    Priorities:
    • Strategic Leadership and Financial Oversight: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Director, supporting decision-making on financial matters, policy development, and strategic planning.
    • Develop the Operational Budget, Financial Forecasts, and Long-Term Financial Strategy
    • Lead Financial Reporting and Audits
    • Implement and Refine Financial Systems, Policies, and Procedures

    Requirements:
    • Talents & Expertise: CPA certification required.
    • Minimum 7 years of Nonprofit Financial Management Experience
    • Proven Leadership in Managing Teams
    • Optimizing Processes and Improving Systems
    • Experience in Budget Development and Comprehensive Financial Reporting
    • Proficiency with Sage 300, Excel, and Other Accounting Software
    • Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills
