In the role of IT Business System Analyst, you will be joining a world-class IT team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.

Responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support for enterprise business systems, with primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP).Acting as liaison between business units and IT groups.

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Taking part in implementations or improvement opportunities (being both proactive and reactive).Consulting with business partners on how to efficiently utilize technology.

Participating in the evaluation, analysis, and planning of business needs and risks.
Articulating and clearly documenting business and system requirements.

Application testing, including organizing user testing sessions; creating detailed test plans and test cases; conducting testing; and ensuring documentation is updated.

Interacting with vendors who may provide consulting, training, and support for enterprise applications.

Leading or taking part in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths.

You are:
A college graduate with a 4-year degree.

Possessing 3+ years of relevant experience in a business or IT role, with 1+ year of experience as a business system analyst.

Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Resourceful when it comes to solving problems.
Able to maintain a positive relationship at all levels of the organization.
Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and reacting quickly.

Able to provide business analysis, application support, and assistance to business users in identifying and evaluating new systems and procedures.

Intellectually curious.
An effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
Passionate about continuous improvement.
Comfortable working with collaboration platforms, such as Microsoft 365.Able to travel up to 25%.

Extra awesome if you also have:
Experience with ERP, HRIS, and CRM applications/solutions.
Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
Experience supporting or using Dayforce.
Experience supporting or using with SQL, query tools, and/or reporting and analytics.
Experience with Data Governance and Data Management.
Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience.
Financial systems experience.
Project Management experience or certification.
