The Opportunity


Join our leading mid-sized accounting, tax, and business advisory Firm in downtown London in the position of Manager, Accounting & Consulting Services, delivering exceptional, quality service to our clients, mentoring and motivating the team, while growing with the Firm.


We can't wait to see your expertise in action:

  • In the review and contribution to the planning and execution of engagements, including complex compilation files, review and audit engagements, personal, trust and corporate tax returns, and other related and/or special work
  • In the provision of business advisory services and professional client collaboration, and the demonstrated desire and ability to build and manage those client relationships
  • Collaborating with the management team and engagement Partners towards Firm growth and exceptional quality standards
  • Mentoring, coaching, assessing and motivating staff to their highest potential, while creating goals and promoting foundation of procedure in a style that demonstrates both accountability and positivity

We know you've got what it takes:

  • CPA, CA designation and minimum of 5 years of work experience in public accounting, providing services such as assurance, taxation, consulting and advisory
  • Thorough understanding and experience working with the Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE), with tax compliance/planning and legislation an asset; as well as an exceptional understanding of advanced accounting and management principles
  • Proficiency with CaseWare, TaxPrep, Microsoft 365 Office Suite and experience with QuickBooks and Sage50
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication with a strong work ethic and impeccably keen attention to detail
  • Self motivation with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Think strategically about client needs and required solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • An active listener with a positive attitude and motivation to both achieve and inspire high standards of client service and team leadership
  • The ability to maintain strong client relations, and aim to build new ones
  • Aptitude for juggling multiple projects and prioritizing work
  • Capacity to identify skills gaps and provide training and mentorship to staff
