7-Eleven is hiring immediately: Merchandising Support Administrative Assistant
This is a hybrid role
As a Merchandising Support Admin you will be working in a team environment under the general supervision of the Merchandising Coordinator, provides the Merchandising Team with administrative support in the development and maintenance of new and existing products.

What Will You Do?
- Works closely with Product Managers and Suppliers to obtain necessary information regarding New Product Introduction.
- Ensures all pertinent documentation is completed and entered into the various systems that manage product listing, cost, retail and generation of price pages.
- Provides administrative support to Product Managers to assist in the development and consistency of merchandising plans.
- Acquires product samples for the purpose of capturing digital images for the use in the New Product Information system as well as other sales information documents.
- Completes new item introduction documents, including NPI forms and Item Master documents.
- Communicates with Suppliers and Distributors to ensure all timelines are met.
- Monitors daily reports to identify and investigate both system and potential invoice discrepancies prior to transmission.
- Generates and reviews Category Reports necessary to assist Product Managers with Category Management decisions.
- Maintains database for Order Guide production.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
Success in the role requires the incumbent to be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Qualifications
Are You Ready?
This role requires the following:
- This position requires a high school diploma and vocational courses in office administration. In addition, 2 years experience in Accounting is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for daytoday dealings with internal contacts and vendors.
