Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with paints and chemicals
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Skills:
- Residential painting experience, including interior and exterior surfaces
- Construction painting experience, working on new construction or renovation projects
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate painting specifications is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of drywall repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, and sanders
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$23.92-$28.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
