Job summary
We're HiringOlympic Homes is currently seeking a new member to join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator.
The Position
This position has reach throughout the organization. From logistics, to order processing and data entry with a focus on customer service this position has a variety of responsibilities.
Duties
- Assist the team with quotes orders purchase orders and client follow up
- Process and receive invoices for payment
- Manage a shared Outlook Inbox for internal and external customer communications adhering to quick turnaround response times.
- Assist with the completion of a full sales cycle from receiving to invoicing stages within the BisTrack system.
- Escan electronic documents.
