Utilize transportation management systems to track and manage shipments
Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve overall efficiency
Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information in the system

Previous experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferred
Familiarity with transportation management systems and their functionalities
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to type accurately and efficiently
Knowledge of supply chain operations and freight management processes is a plus
Experience working in a 3PL (thirdparty logistics) environment is a plus
