Customer Service & Sales
*Returns & Refunds *Customer complaints & requests *Cash out *Sales *Can constantly improve and refine overall salesmanship skills among staff in a constructive and positive manner *Monitoring sales processes *Forming a unique relationship with old and new clientele in a way that nurtures and maintains a high level of customer loyalty. *Forming sales initiatives & activities (competitions etc.) *Corresponding with business representatives *Booking product knowledge sessions and store pop-ups with representatives

Operations
*Scheduling *Approving time off *Monitor store cleanliness *Maintaining a functional and organized office space *Supervising and guiding staff towards maximum performance *Ensure the store fulfills all legal and safety requirements *Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
