Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Supervise and motivate a diverse team of restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and administrative personnel. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize cost-effectiveness.

Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company standards.

Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance the overall dining experience.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize expenses, and achieve financial objectives.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements, including food safety standards, labor laws, and alcohol service regulations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Helping on the Floor: Assist with restaurant operations by providing support on the floor as needed, including helping with serving, bussing tables, and ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods.

Working with CEO and Core Office: Collaborate with the CEO and core office team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on Italian cuisine highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving abilities.
- Detailoriented, with a keen eye for quality and consistency.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of Italian language and culture is a plus.
