We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and providing guidance to our team of healthcare professionals.

Your expertise in clinical supervision, working with individuals who live with serious mental health problems, intensive case management and community mental health is required.

  • Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance evaluations ensuring clinical performance, compliance with policy and procedures and professional conduct.
  • Assess service quality, risk and need for clients, staff and the program as a whole
  • Manage crisis situations as required
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Oversee accurate and uptodate electronic medical records
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
'''Experience'''
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

  • Regulated Health Professional in good standing with their regulatory body e.g. Nursing, Social Work, Occupational Therapy
  • Experience in the mental health field with demonstrated strong clinical reasoning skills and understanding of the needs of individuals living with schizophrenia, the Hamilton community/resources and the HPS mandate, standards of care, MSAA and Intensive Case Management
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals who live with schizophrenia, staff and external resources

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.57-$87.27 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
