Altapro is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Shipper and Receiver._

Job Summary:


  • Picking material orders
  • Packing material orders
  • Shipping material orders
  • Receiving material orders
  • Cutting and spooling wire
  • Loading and unloading trucks with materials, lifts, and equipment
  • Complying with the company policies and procedures
  • Securing cargo and dealing with materials safely
  • Delivering materials to sites if required
  • Communicating with purchasing, and other warehouse staff through cell phone and messenger software
  • Completing truck logs and time cards
  • Wash and clean to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of vehicles

Requirements:


  • A valid driver's license
  • A clean driving record
  • Commercial Electrical parts knowledge
  • Ability to lift heavy packages and tools as needed
  • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts if a project requires
  • A polite and professional disposition
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Very effective organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines efficiently to meet deadlines
  • A great ONE TEAM attitude

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

Electrical Warehouse: 2 years (required)

  • Wire sizing and cutting: 1 year (required)
