Description

EnviroMetal Technologies is engaged in the development and commercialization of its environmentally friendly proprietary leach process to recover gold from ores, concentrates and other precious bearing materials.

• Perform experiments and test work as directed by the project engineers or lab supervisor.
• Conduct sample analysis using analytical equipment such as an XRF, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometers and ICP's.
• Perform sample preparation and procedures as required for test work.
• Ship and receive client samples and maintain inventory.
• Employ proper laboratory methods to minimize risk of mislabeling sample mixup and cross contamination between samples and materials.
• Provide general lab support for keeping inventory of chemicals and supplies and ordering as required.
• Support and comply with health & safety initiatives and programs.
• Keep work area clean, neat and organized.
• Maintain excellent records of test work.
• Comfortable working with tools to assemble lab and pilot test equipment.

• Education: B.Sc. in chemistry or a technical diploma in a related field
