    Job Summary

    The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging maintenance and repair work, resolving work-related issues, and providing technical guidance. Additionally, this role involves preparing and maintaining progress reports, training workers in policies and procedures, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating workflow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate activities with other departments to achieve operational goals.
    • Maintain and repair computer equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
    • Prepare and maintain progress reports, including metrics on efficiency and productivity.
    • Train employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate and review workflow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Source and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

    Compensation and Benefits

    This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
