• Assist and shadow agents during client meetings and property tours.
• Support in preparing marketing materials, conducting market research, and managing client databases.
• Learn and comprehend real estate contracts and negotiations.
• Foster and manage client relationships under guidance.
• Stay abreast of the commercial real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitive activity.
• Provide administrative support, manage office correspondence, and maintain office calendars.
• Organize meetings, coordinate schedules, set up conference calls and perform clerical duties as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Excellent communication skills with a particular strength in articulating benefits and opportunities in a sales context.
• Comfortable with proactive outreach, including making phone calls, to foster business relationships.
