- Processing of employee expenses and company expenses on corporate credit cards
- Vendor voucher data entry into the system and statement reconciliations
- Gathering and organizing AP invoice back-up in preparation for cheque runs
- Assisting with the general management of our paper / digital filing
- Data entry of project data into ERP system
- Gathering project expense back up for the project accounting team
- Generating and saving down reports from the ERP system
- Assisting the other accounting team members with accounting support tasks as needed
- Supports CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, and Accounting Manager on ad-hoc clerical and accounting tasks as required
- Other A/P & admin tasks as needed
- Working towards a post-secondary accounting degree or diploma
- Good Microsoft office skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Previous experience using accounting software is an asset
- Diplomatic and tactful when handling confidential information
- Detail-oriented and organized with service-oriented approach
- Accountable and honest, highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and think critically through tasks
- Strong communication skills
