• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
• Monitor sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customerfocused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
• Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
