Job Requirements:
Self-Motivated, punctual and proactive.

Completes tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills.

Works independently as well as a team environment.


Responsibilities:

Identify and assess construction/trade deficiencies and perform the repairs in a timely manner

Perform various tasks before, during and after Pre-Delivery Inspection.

The nature of repairs may include but are not limited to:

  • Paint touch ups
  • Drywall Touch ups
  • Caulking
  • Trim touch ups
  • General Handyman adjustments
  • Tile Repairs
  • Hardwood Flooring Repairs
Meet regularly with direct supervisor to review/discuss completed work and work to be assigned to them.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years construction/handyman/painting experience

Experience in multiple trade functions such as painting, drywall, caulking, general repairs, etc considered an asset

Current safety certifications and/or willingness to add or upgrade

  • WHMIS
  • Own truck and tools is an asset \

Salary:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour


Schedule:
Monday-Friday (40 hours per week.)

approx. 7am to 3:30pm
