Summary of Position:

Administrative Support Staff provide valuable support in the delivery of the COVID-19 clinics including and not limited to checking patients in and out of appointments, providing information, and logging information into computer-generated programs.

Skills/Responsibilities:

Strong data entry skills
Adept at problemsolving
Vaccination administration and logging
Knowledge of electronic/computer privacy and security issues
Managing documents for office electronic medical records
Checking patients in and out
Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies

Schedule:

10hour shift
8hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Qualifications:

Highschool Diploma
English and/or French communication
Must be able to work shifts (day, evening, weekends)
Must have current CPR certificate
Must have recent police check of the vulnerable sector
Must have a negative TB test from within the last 1 year
Must have a mobile decide and access to the interview
Must have at least 2 doses of the COVID19 vaccination within 14 days
