Responsibilities:
Conducting assessments and managing intake forms for clients.
Conduct individual and/or group counselling sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues.
Design and implement personalized strategic plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Collaborate with different modalities to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
Keep updated on the latest advancements in the mental health field and integrate evidence-based approaches into counselling sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Certification or registration with a recognized counselling or psychotherapy association (e.g RCC, RPsychs, RTC, CCC...)Certification and credentials with a recognized life coaching association (e.g IFC, ACC, PCC, MCC, CPCC...)Any specialized certifications relevant to the counselling focus area (e.g., trauma, family therapy, couples therapy, depression, grief, anxiety...)InsuranceStrong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and counselling techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with relevant ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
