Are you passionate about working with children and supporting their educational journey? Join MandoKids as an After-School Teacher Assistant and make a difference in the lives of young learners Mandokids is a Chinese Learning Centre in Metro Vancouver.

We offer one-on-one and group classes that focus on teaching Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese as a second language.


Position:
After-School Teacher Assistant


Time:
Monday to Friday, 2:40 PM to 6:00 PM


Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing educational and enrichment activities for students.
• Supervise and engage students in indoor and outdoor activities.
• Support students with homework completion and academic tasks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with snack distribution and cleanup activities.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Enthusiasm for working in an educational setting and supporting student success.
