Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Assist with managing and organizing office documents and records.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office assistant or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
