Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
• Assist with managing and organizing office documents and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an office assistant or clerical role is preferred.
• Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
