    Overview:

    Pillway is seeking an experienced data-driven and strategic Growth Hacker. This role is critical for analyzing post-sign-up behavior, identifying funnel leakages, and implementing re-engagement strategies to increase conversions and customer loyalty on our platform.

    Responsibilities:

    Deeply analyze customer journey post-sign-up to identify drop-off points and funnel leakages.

    Utilize analytics tools like CleverTap to segment users, track behavior, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

    Develop and execute re-engagement and retention strategies to increase customer activity and order completion rates.

    Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine the app experience based on data-driven insights.

    Implement innovative growth hacking techniques to enhance customer stickiness and loyalty.

    Requirements:

    Experience in growth hacking with a focus on app-based platforms.

    Strong analytical skills with experience in CleverTap or similar platforms.

    Demonstrated success in optimizing customer journeys and increasing conversion rates.

    Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on UI/UX and marketing strategies.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
