In line with the Board's Multi-Year Strategic Plan and the Director's Action Plan, the Principal Selection Process meets the board's succession planning goals and talent development needs and contributes to building a workforce reflective of the communities we serve.


Stages of the Selection Process:

Stage One:
Application (January 2- February 1, 2023)

Stage Two:
Face-to-Face Interview (March 2- March 30, 2023)

Respond to a variety of interview questions

Selection Team will review and score Stage Two responses and determine a short-list to move forward to Stage Three


Stage Three:
Reference Checks (April - April 19, 2023)

Three references will be contacted only in the final stage of the process
