• Oversee the daytoday operations of the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage and lead a team of floor staff, providing guidance, training, and support
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues or complaints
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of sales transactions and cash handling
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets

• Previous experience in team management or retail management is rerquired
• Knowledge in Wine & Spirit alcool is required
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze sales data
• Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
• Salesoriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems and basic math skills for cash handling
