- Manage and lead a team of floor staff, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting customers and resolving any issues or complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of sales transactions and cash handling
- Implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets
- Previous experience in team management or retail management is rerquired
- Knowledge in Wine & Spirit alcool is required
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze sales data
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
- Salesoriented mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems and basic math skills for cash handling
Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
