We are currently hiring for the position of:

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Shall include but not limited to:
  • Processing AR invoice requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.-
  • Processing and recording customer payments (cheques, cash, wires, and credit cards).-
  • Preparing daily bank deposits (AR payments, Concessions and Retail, misc.).-
  • Reconciling various assigned accounts as directed.-
  • Training new Netsuite users on the invoice request process.-
  • Other administrative duties, as required

JOB GRADE & SALARY:


  • Job Grade 1
  • Job Grade Salary Range/Annually: $50,000 to $53,000
    TARGET START DATE**:
  • June 17, 2024 or earlier
    WORK LOCATION:
Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5 Weekly in-office requirements:
  • Minimum 2 days (November to May)
  • Minimum 3 days (June to October)
  • Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • A university degree or college diploma in accounting/finance or currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution program in accounting/ finance or has previous training or experience in accounting.

Ffr Experience and/or educational background in accounting. Strong organizational and administrative skills with extreme attention to detail, diligent record-keeping, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Strong computer and data management skills. Strong, effective, and professional communicator and strong interpersonal skills Responds to change with flexibility, nimbleness, and a positive attitude. Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
