    RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - Remote

    Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Engage and supporting business leaders to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy across the organization
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Partner with the hiring managers to understand the business needs
  • Act as subject matter expert for business partners to develop proactive sourcing and talent acquisition plans for critical roles
  • Conduct full cycle recruitment for key positions and provide recommendations to leaders
  • Expertly navigate offer negotiations, provide recommendations, and facilitate approval process
  • Guide hiring managers transition to onboarding for new hires
  • Share updates with your team to optimize shared resources and to celebrate successes

  • Experience supporting high volume recruitment
  • Commitment to fair and equitable hiring practices
  • Working knowledge of recruiting tools that help to evaluate candidate skills, experience and competencies
  • Combined experience of agency and corporate recruiting an asset
  • History of building strong professional partnerships, to successfully attract and hire high quality candidates
  • Hours: 1 Year Contract, 37.5 hrs per week
