Jforce Auto Detailing is looking for a reliable, professional and hard-working manager to manage our day to day operation.


Job description:

• Managing day to day operations and work flow within the shop Supervise and manage a team of employees, ensuring productivity and efficiency
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Continuously improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and reduce cost
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
• Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces.

Job Qualifications:

• Previous management position will be considered an asset but not required. Training available.
• Customer servicedriven mentality
• Great work ethic and attitude
• Knowledge in automotive and ability to operate due to the nature of business
• Previous detailer experience an asset but not required. Training available.

Salary is negotiable base on experience


Salary:
$22.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
