As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Salary range is $50K-52K.

    DESCRIPTION

    • Lead by example and inspire a positive and motivated team environment
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
    • Set sales targets and goals, and implement strategies to achieve them
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
    • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
    • Foster strong relationships with customers and actively engage with the local community to drive store awareness and traffic
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement initiatives to enhance store profitability and growth

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty store environment
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale systems
