Description

A day in the life of an IT Analsyt:

You will provide support to the credit union's IT infrastructure and serves as a back-up for the Supervisor IT Service & Support, acting as a change champion for IT initiatives with impacted stakeholders
You will be responsible for maintaining the IT network including Microsoft servers and Cloud offerings completing/escalating day to day proactive and reactive work while supporting the overall I.T. infrastructure with assigned tasks and projects
You will identify and understand technical challenges, implications of certain decisions and make educated tradeoffs in terms of complexity, depth, or even timelines with your team
You will monitor system logs and activity on all network solutions and installed solutions for availability, utilization, throughput and/or latency
You will store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements
You will gather requirements and recommend solutions that best suit the needs of the organization
You will identify priority of incoming work and triage to the rest of the IT team
You will provide world class support while maintaining documentation

What you bring to the table:

Formal post-secondary education in the field of Information Technology
Minimum two five years' experience in Information Technology

Pay range for this position is $57, $70,053.85 annually. Pay is based on skills and experience._
