What's the ask?

Key responsibilities:

Cross selling and looking for and servicing an existing portfolio of business with a primary focus on client retention and relationship, in accordance with department standards.
Follow SBS procedures to provide exceptional customer service to existing/new clients. This includes adhering to SBS Customer Service Standards and proper use of activity codes and labeling procedures to ensure files are complete and organized. Take a client centric & consultative approach to provide solutions that add value to our customers
Through the identification of key risks for our clients, identify & forward new opportunities on your files to other lines of business within our organization

What does it take?

RIBO license or ability to obtain
23 years previous insurance experience (Property & Casualty)
Customercentric, friendly and professional at all times
Exceptional organization skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
High level of selfmotivation, with the ability to perform effectively with mínimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
Professional, responsive, and a positive work attitude is essential
Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
Previous experience with EPIC is an asset
CIP, CAIB, CRM (or working towards designation) would be an asset
