Responsibilities:


  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Collaborate closely with the immigration department to ensure smooth processes and timely completion of documentation
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and submission of immigrationrelated paperwork
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean and wellorganized front desk area
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar, including coordinating immigrationrelated appointments
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, with a specific focus on assisting the immigration department
  • Work closely with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for immigration processes
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and documentation related to immigration procedures
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, particularly those related to immigration regulations

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour
