- Gather and review underwriting information provided by clients.
- Issue and format insurance proposals and client presentations.
- Translate and proofread documentation.
- Prepare billing instructions.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance certificates.
- Follow up and analyze policies, endorsements, and invoices.
- Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team's EPIC filing system.
- 2 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
- University degree (preferably in business or finance).
- Insurance broker license issued by the AMF.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Customer service-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
