The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced bilingual tax professional
to join our tax team in Vancouver as a tax administrator
- Ensure scheduled tax audits are processed and completed within deadlines
- Ensure any transaction corrections are corrected and completed before tax production
- Responsible for Tax Slip Production submission files DOXIM Reviews all vendor portals before their deadlines ensure instructions correct current Escalates any tax related issues require management review intervention Stay current both CRA IRS Qualified Intermediary FATCA rules CRS rules regulations through review legislation press releases industry information bulletins Prepare review year-end reporting forms Plan Non-Plan client accounts Monitor CRA MRQ IRS CIRO websites regularly share information team update procedures manual accordingly Gather information internal external auditors Provide support service proper Client Reporting
