'''Duties'''- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Utilize marketing skills to increase brand visibility and sales revenue while protecting profit margin, such as but not limit to social media post, poster design, brand collaboration, store promotion
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement
- Implement customer service standards to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Utilize pointofsale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Identify areas of store improvement and make the changes
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may enhance customer service capabilities
- Knowledge of training development techniques to enhance employee performance
- Familiarity with sales management strategies and marketing
Salary:
$42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
