• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Create and maintain a positive working environment, fostering teamwork and employee engagement
• Implement customer service standards to ensure exceptional customer experience
• Utilize pointofsale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Identify areas of store improvement and make the changes

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role
• Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees

• Familiarity with sales management strategies and marketing

$42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
