Description
Greeting guest upon their arrival and providing hospitable welcome.- Processing customer payments and presenting them the bill upon check out.
- Recording guest information in the company's internal database and directing them to their designated rooms.
- Receiving calls, conducting room reservations, and verifying existing bookings.
- Balance the transaction in every shifts.
- Ensure that all transaction of the day must be balance before running the night audit.
Salary:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nisku, AB T9E 0W8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
