What You'll Bring to the Team:

We are looking for an energetic, dependable person who has the ability to organize and maintain the protocols of a busy roofing company.

Must be wellspoken and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Familiarity with Quickbooks is definitely an asset
Experience in the construction industry

What You'll Do:

Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Delegate work to office support staff
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal, parking, maintenance, permits and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence as required
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Greet all visitors in a positive & professional manner, determine nature of business, and direct to the appropriate personnel
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner
Prepare work orders, purchase orders, quotes, etc.
Receive and manage all inbound/outbound mail, couriers, and deliveries
Monitor, order and maintain inventory levels for stationery, office supplies/equipment
Perform other duties and special projects as required
Accounts Receivable (preparing invoices and collections)

$25.00-$35.00 per hour
