The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualifications:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Municipal and Civil Infrastructure projects; water distribution, wastewater collection, transportation, stormwater management and drainage systems

Experience with lift stations, pumping systems and treatment systems would be an asset

Report writing and document preparation

Construction contract management

Project management including cost estimation and budgeting

Client and contractor liaison

Design coordination and construction inspections

Aptitude for general construction methods

Self-motivated with leadership skills

Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills

Eligibility for professional membership in APEGA

Valid Class 5 driver's license
